The Textile Conservation Foundation's purpose is to support textile conservation, education and research and this it does primarily by supporting the Centre for Textile Conservation, which is part of the University of Glasgow.
The Foundation worked with the University of Glasgow to establish the Centre, which was opened by HRH The Princess Royal and which is the successor to the TCC. You can find out more about the history of the Foundation here and about the TCC here.
